if you want to play it safe, then I suggest you don’t. but if you really want to, I recommend checking the fansite’s rules and their policy concerning editing their pictures. but then again, people will do what they want regardless so yeah.

most fansites don't let you edit, but if you really want to then it's going to be your responsibility to do that research.

no, because that would require me to backtrack 2 years worth of posts (which amounts to 66k+) since I’m rather anal with the way I run things.
